Your float never goes above HTG 50,000, bonus included.
The bonus is a promotion set by ViTViT; it can change, and it is given only on float that ViTViT has received and confirmed. Your customers pay exactly the amount credited to their account — no extra fee, and ViTViT takes nothing on top-ups. This is not a salary or a guaranteed income: what you earn depends on the top-ups you complete. Terms and conditions apply.
Buy your float
Pay ViTViT by MonCash or NatCash and enter the reference in the agent portal. Once ViTViT confirms it, your float receives the amount paid plus 10%.
Top up a customer
A rider, a driver or a store gives you cash. You enter their phone number and the amount in the portal — the same amount they paid you, never more.
They confirm in their app
The tokens reach their account only after they accept them in their ViTViT app. Until they confirm, your float is not touched.
18 or older
With a valid national ID card (CIN) in your own name, and your NIF when ViTViT asks for it.
A fixed place
A shop or stand where customers can find you, in a city where ViTViT operates — starting with Les Cayes.

ViTViT’s approval
Every agent is checked and approved by ViTViT before receiving float. Your first three months are a trial period.
- A ViTViT token is not money. ViTViT tokens only let an account use ViTViT services. They are not a deposit or electronic money, and they cannot be transferred, exchanged or cashed out.
- No refunds on float or tokens. Float you buy and tokens you distribute are not refundable, except where ViTViT’s office decides otherwise in the cases set out in the Terms.
- Charge only the amount credited. Asking a customer for more, or crediting less than they paid, ends the partnership immediately.
- You are independent. An agent runs their own business. You are not a ViTViT employee and cannot sign or speak for ViTViT.
- Limits keep everyone safe. Up to HTG 10,000 per top-up and HTG 50,000 per day. Your float never goes above HTG 50,000, bonus included.
- Never for yourself. You can top up riders, drivers and stores, but never your own account or another agent’s.
- Fraud means termination. ViTViT may suspend or end any agent account without notice for fraud, abuse or any breach of the Terms, and cancel bonus tokens obtained through it.
