Delete your account
This page lets you delete your ViTViT account and personal data without reinstalling the app.
Easiest way: in the app, go to Settings → Delete my account.
What will be deleted
- Your name, phone number, email, and PIN — erased or anonymized immediately.
- All your sessions are signed out on every device.
- Pending rides or orders are cancelled.
What we keep
- Transaction and safety records the law requires us to keep (without your identity — anonymized).
- GPS data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
This action cannot be undone.
